directions

1. pour lemon juice, iced tea, honey together in glass bottle

2. use the sweetness calculator to determine how much grape juice to remove and sugar to add.  since this recipe includes honey, be sure to select the sweetness preference one level below your ideal choice (example: if you want sweet wine, choose the semi-sweet preference on the calculator).  

3. mix in glass bottle and stir thoroughly

4. add brewsy bag

5. apply airlock and leave bottle in a dark area for three days. leave the container somewhere dark and warm (75-77°F is best) for 3 days.

6. move to fridge for 48 hours

7. after 48 hours in the fridge, slice 2 (or more) lemons and add them to glass bottle.  stir a few times before serving.
