now, you can make real natural wines & ciders at home the same way they're made in wineries around the world!
15% ABV wine is just 5 days away:
we all know homemade food simply tastes better.
it's true for wine and cider too.
but that's not the only reason natural brewsy wines & ciders are better than the factory-made bottles you've had before...
everything you need to make 18 bottles of wine and more!
In the past I have made mead, but it will takes months for it to be ferment, clear and be ready to drink. Brewsy yeast kit is amazing in less then a week I was able to make a very nice fruit mead. Honestly I am hooked on this way of brewing. So quick qnd easy I just can't get over it.
I’m having so much fun with my brewsy kit! The printed materials were very helpful, but I would really recommend more aggressive promotion of the Facebook group which has been a fabulous troubleshooting resource. I have only completed my first brew (sliced cider), but it was delicious and I loved learning about the process. This is absolutely my favorite - and most successful - new hobby.
It’s like eating potato chips. You can’t brew just one! I’m obsessed, I find myself constantly saying Ooooh o can make this into wine! Haha! But in all seriousness this hobby is great for me and really helps with my anxiety. I have having something to take care of all the while being creative with any and all conditions of my choosing — in the summer I garden but come winter I really miss that outlet, I can see Brewsy being the perfect replacement for my management hobby!!
It seems too good to be true to be able to make wine from juice in 5 days... but brewsy is sharing their magic mix with the world! Highly recommend!
I've made wine the old school way for decades and wanted to try my hand at making Mead and Melomels. When I saw the Brewsy ad, I was intrigued and thought I'd give it a shot. I have made better mead and melomel than I've ever bought. They take a little longer than the wines (I've made a couple of those with Brewsy too!) but the meads are certainly worth the couple extra days, and just get better with aging. I'm a believer! I'm filling up my fruit cellar with a lot of beverage so I'll just have to have a party when this pandemic is over!
Likes- easy to do, quick shipping, online recipes, alcohol content
Dislikes- lack of carbonation (saw on a Facebook comment from brewsy that they tell you how to carbonate the drink but I can’t find any info on that anywhere), aftertaste (I made my first batch with fruits I had at home, but it leaves a weird aftertaste which makes it fairly undrinkable. I haven’t made a second batch so hoping that one turns out better), the amount you get (they say you can make 1.5 gallons per pack. But for that you’d have to use a 2 gallon bottle for. To use a normal gallon jug of something, you have to use or dump out some at the top for the reaction to take place, getting even less than a gallon. While I don’t necessarily have a problem with this, the amounts they say you’ll get are fairly unrealistic.
Overall, I don’t think it was a waste of money as long as I can figure out the aftertaste issue. It was a fun thing to do.
Loving this new hobby! It's so easy and the creative possibilities are endless! Brewsy makes it quick and affordable to make your own customized creations and their customer service is top notch! Highly recommend!
I have brewed small batch craft beer for years, but always wanted to make my own mead. I kept seeing the ads for Brewsy and thought I would give it a try. To make a quality spatkling mead in 7 days was pretty impressive. I will definitely be ordering more Brewsy bags to make hard cider, mead and try my hand at wine making. Very easy process for anyone to follow and lots of recipes and information online. 5 stars!
I saw the Brewsy ad multiple times before I purchased but so glad I did! The process is super simple, easy, and fun and unless you skip the sugar or yeast not sure you could mess this up! Plus everything so far has tasted delicious which is definitely a win win
I'm a complete beginner when it comes to brewing, and was honestly intimidated by the idea of waiting months to find out if something I'd made was good or not. This took a week, and was awesome! I've done 3 different brews (2 cider and a wine), and had 2 really awesome turnouts (the third is more that it isn't to MY tastes, and less a statement about the method). So, if you're looking for a fast, easy way to take the plunge, I highly recommend this!
