1. hydrate the GoClear
using the included scoop, add a scoop of GoClear to warm water, stir, and wait 30 mins.

2. heat it up
microwave the mixture in 30 second increments until it's steaming hot

3. add to your wine, cider, or mead
pour the GoClear in, shake it around, and wait 12 hours.

gelatin
gelatin has been used since ancient roman times to remove proteins and suspended solids from wine, adding
brilliant clarity.
powdered bentonite
bentonite is an american clay reknown in the wine world for its exceptional ability to extract finer
particulates (like suspended yeast). ours is finely powdered to allow for even stronger & quicker
clarification.
PVPP
PVPP is a recent innovation in winemaking – it's a small molecule that swells in water and is able to remove
even smaller particulates from your wine than bentonite or gelatin can, especially helping to remove bitter
compounds.
