Excellent product

My first attempt was a little too sweet. I adjusted the sugar and the next two batches were perfect. I used white grape juice and purple grape juice. The first batch was cranberry juice it tasted good just sweet.

It is very neat how this product works. The corks are not very sturdy buy it was a good buy.

Delicious boozy kedem wine

We wanted to make kosher wine so we started with kedem concord grape, 1 3/4 cup sugar and a brewsy pack. My house is cold so fermentation didn't start right away. Brewsy customer support was quick and helpful. It took 10 days from start to finish. I have since invested in a heating pad and my brews are done on time now. The wine seemed more alcoholic than store bought but had a delicious flavor that made it go down delightfully. I'm very happy I purchased the kit and could get started Making wine as soon as it arrived. Very pleased.
