Almost instantly clarify any Brewsy creation. These are little clarifiers that contain both kieselsol and chitosan, tried-and-true in the winemaking community for decades. Chitosan is a shellfish derivative.

This product will enhance the clarity of your brew. Easy to use. On another note. My brews have not been boozey. I have resorted to stick-on aquarium thermometers. Keeping record of brewing temperatures SHOULD lessen my chances of failure. To date, I am disappointed with the Brewsy process.

Go Clear

The label said to cold crash 24 hours, after 24 hours I checked and there was “sludge” floating all around. Customer service (which has always been great) said cold crash is supposed to be 48 hours not 24. I have racked 3 times now and there is new “sludge” every time. Not going to be using it again.
