My first attempt was a little too sweet. I adjusted the sugar and the next two batches were perfect. I used white grape juice and purple grape juice. The first batch was cranberry juice it tasted good just sweet.

I live in Minnesota and I have Raspberries alot and I purchased starter kit and it was awesome wine it was so much fun

I love this product. I use juice from our Concord grapes and no added sugar- the yeast goes crazy for organic and the wine turns out with a wonderful concord back taste.

I am using my French Oaking Chips to make my 2023 tomato wine even more "chardonnay" like! It is fun and oh so rewarding!

They definitely take the guesswork out of making wine I've made several gallons now and I've only had one batch that I didn't care for. But that was due to my choice of juice and not these guys
