I love this product. I use juice from our Concord grapes and no added sugar- the yeast goes crazy for organic and the wine turns out with a wonderful concord back taste.

They definitely take the guesswork out of making wine I've made several gallons now and I've only had one batch that I didn't care for. But that was due to my choice of juice and not these guys

Perfect for mead

This yeast blend produces a robust and flavorful mead using only honey, water, and a brewsy bag. We really enjoyed the brew and will make more soon.
