World's Easiest Hydrometer Calculator

It shouldn't be difficult to use a hydrometer – but it often is.

We figured there had to be a better way. So we developed a super-easy hydrometer kit and built the easiest ever online ABV calculator.

How to Use the Calculator:

Imagine the lines below correspond to your hydrometer. The leftmost part (0.990) is at the top, and the rightmost part (1.160) is at the bottom of your hydrometer.
To get your ABV, you need to take one reading before fermentation has started, but after you add sugar to your juice if you're not using Brewsy Reserve.
Then, you need to take another reading later after some fermentation has occurred.

The calculator might take up to 30 seconds to load.
