Just started homebrewing meads and ciders this year, and I wanted to give away something special to friends and family for the holidays. Bought the aging kit with the clarifiers, and my first attempt turned out perfect. I have a crystal clear spiced orange mead that tastes fantastic that I can store in my wine cellar until Christmas. I also have a batch of cranberry wine aging that will be ready in time for Thanksgiving--to drink at dinner and to send home with guests. Instructions were easy to follow and produced great results.

We are continuously surprised by how delicious our meads and wines have turned out. These bags work magic and are so easy to use. If you love mead you really should give this a try and make your own.
